Websites
I build or rebuild service-business websites when the existing site no longer explains the business clearly, supports the right next step, or gives the owner something solid to work from.
Website BuildsAbout
I’m an independent website and marketing consultant. I work mainly with owner-led service businesses that need a clearer website, a better path from interest to inquiry, or a practical fix for something that is getting in the way.
Much of my work starts with the website because it is usually where the offer, proof, forms, tracking, search visibility, and paid traffic meet. Sometimes the right answer is a new site. Often it’s a tighter fix around one page, one path, or one channel.
I work independently through ZacWine.com, so clients work directly with me. I stay close to the strategy and the implementation instead of handing the work through layers. When a project genuinely needs another specialty, I can bring in a collaborator rather than pretending I should do everything myself.

I usually start by figuring out whether the problem calls for a new foundation, a narrower repair, or support around the site.

Website BuildsIf the site is mostly sound, I would rather fix the part that is failing. That might be structure, conversion paths, forms, tracking, clarity, or speed.
Website FixesI also work on the pieces around the site when they affect performance, including landing pages, Google Ads, local presence, and crawl or indexing issues.
See all servicesI stay directly involved in the work, and I would rather recommend a smaller fix when a rebuild is unnecessary. I try to understand the actual constraint before prescribing a channel or tactic.
Measurement matters to me, but I only want to make claims the data can support. I also try to keep tools, reporting, and process as simple as the work allows. Complexity should earn its place.
Client work is the center of ZacWine.com, but I also use the site to publish practical notes and build small tools that help make a problem easier to see before changing more.
I write on the Blog, and I keep the current Tools together in one place. That includes Homepage Hero, CrawlCue, and Backlink Brief. I also keep a few examples in Selected Work if seeing the work is more useful than reading about it.
If you have a website or marketing problem you’re trying to untangle, feel free to get in touch. If a call is easier, you can also book a fit call.
