GLOW Financial Planning
Fee-only financial planning firm needed Google Ads campaigns and a dedicated landing page to bring in qualified leads.
What I did:
- Built and launched Google Ads campaigns targeting high-intent local and remote prospects
- Designed and built the landing page at lp.glowfp.com/get-started
- Tightened offers and form fields to reduce drop-off
- Set up conversion tracking and UTM governance
- Matched ad copy to landing page messaging to improve Quality Score and CTR
Outcome: Landing page held a 7% click-through rate — roughly 3× the finance industry average.

Waltham Cooperative Playgroup
Parent-run cooperative playgroup had inconsistent business details across Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Yelp, Bing, and local directories, which made it harder for families to confirm where and how to contact them.
What I did:
- Designed and built a welcoming, mobile-first website
- Audited and corrected listing details across Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Yelp, Bing, and priority local directories
- Aligned website and listing contact destinations so key listings pointed families to the same place
- Established one canonical business identity for ongoing updates
- Built tuition and donation flow to reduce admin back-and-forth
- Designed print flyer ads for local neighborhood distribution
- Developed enrollment-season marketing strategy
Outcome: Families now see more consistent business details across priority local listings, the playgroup has a cleaner branded/local presence, and future updates are easier to manage from a single source of truth.

How engagements work
Diagnose
I look at what is working and what is leaking leads or confusing people.
Decide
You choose: I can fix it with you, or hand off a plan your team runs.
Build
I do the work or hand off the playbook. Either way, you get something real.
What I need from you
- Access to what matters for the scope, whether that is analytics, ads, or your CMS
- A quick call or async chat to understand your goals and constraints
- Responsiveness when I have questions (I try to keep these minimal)
Most engagements start with a focused project. Some end with a handoff, others continue into ongoing execution. Either way, you leave with something that works.
Ready to start?
Tell me what you are trying to do. I will reply within 1-2 business days.
Need just a plan? I do that too. Need someone to run it? Also covered.
