Featured project

Waltham Cooperative Playgroup was heading into 2026 expecting to lose at least 10 of its 36 members and worried about whether it could keep going.

I rebuilt the Wix site, made it easier to visit and join, and published useful local guides that helped more Waltham families find the co-op.

By spring, membership was up to 44 and a third program day had been added. Fall filled all 45 spots.

The whole process felt collaborative and straightforward, he really listened to what we wanted and translated it into something both beautiful and functional. We're so grateful to have a site that builds trust right away.

Supporting story

Entera Doula

Teresa's birth doula practice was stuck on Weebly with slow pages and an inconsistent flow of new inquiries. I rebuilt the site on a faster WordPress setup, made it easier for visitors to get in touch, and supported it with search and ads work.

The new Google Ads channel has generated 71 confirmed leads at about $42 per lead.

You're doing a great job representing who I am and getting me noticed. I really appreciate you, and it's all working! I hate outsourcing anything, but now I wouldn't trust anybody else.

The practical details

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about working together, timelines, pricing, and what to expect.

What results can I expect and how fast?

Depends on the bottleneck. Form and page-flow fixes can improve lead quality in days. Local visibility and indexing fixes usually take a few weeks. Ads cleanup often shows clearer spend and lead quality within 30 days. I report what changed and what still needs work.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Results depend on the problem, market, and starting point. I give you a clear hypothesis, plan, and milestones, then show what changed or tell you quickly when something is not working.

What problems do you actually solve?

I fix the problems that quietly cost you leads: broken forms, unclear pages, weak page flow, and landing pages that do not convert. I also handle local listings and local visibility gaps, Google Ads waste, and indexing or visibility issues. I do not offer PR, brand design, creative production, or daily social posting.

How do engagements and pricing work?

Three models: hourly for consulting or audits, fixed-fee projects for defined scope, and monthly plans for ongoing optimization or part-time support. I am open to part-time or project-based arrangements. Paid tools or media spend are separate line items.
