Website Builds

A website your customers can understand and act on

Build the right foundation when people can't tell what you do, where to go next, or why they should trust you.

"You're doing a great job representing who I am and getting me noticed. I really appreciate you, and it's all working!"

Who this is for

Good fit

  • You need a full site, not just one page
  • Your current site is outdated or hard to navigate
  • People can't tell what you do from the homepage
  • You're ready to invest in a real foundation

Different scope

  • You only need one page for one offer (Landing Pages is a better fit)
  • Your site mostly works, it just needs fixes (Website Fixes is better)
  • You need an app or complex custom build
  • You want ongoing social or content help

What the build covers

A buyer-focused build so your pages are clear on mobile, the next step is obvious, and launch is less stressful.

People can tell what you do from the homepage
Your main services each have a clear page
Visitors know how to reach you or book
Trust signals and proof are easy to find
Forms, calls, and booking are checked before launch
You leave with handoff notes and a short next-step list

How it works

1

We scope the site

Confirm goals, pages, and what success looks like before anything is built.

2

I map the structure

Lay out what each page should say and where the next step goes.

3

Build and check

Pages are built, mobile is checked, and links and forms are verified.

4

Launch and hand off

Publish, confirm it's live, and hand over notes and a short next-step list.

Website Builds FAQ

A full build makes sense when your site is outdated, confusing, or missing key pages. If you only need one page for one offer, Landing Pages is the better fit. If your site is mostly working and just needs cleanup or fixes, Website Fixes is the faster path. The scoping call will confirm which is right for you.

It's a focused conversation about what you have, what's not working, and what the build needs to accomplish. You'll leave knowing whether a full build is the right move, what tier makes sense, and what the next step looks like.

No. Content readiness affects the timeline, but it doesn't block us from starting. We scope and structure first, then work through content as part of the build process.

We work with what you have. Placeholder copy can be written to structure and refined before launch. For photos, we can use stock where needed and flag spots for you to fill in later. Having real content is better, but not having it isn't a blocker.

Starter builds typically run 2 to 3 weeks. Standard builds are 3 to 5 weeks. Expanded or quoted-scope builds vary by page count and complexity. The main variable is how quickly content, feedback, and approvals move on your end.

You'll be needed at the start for scoping, during content review, and for a final sign-off before launch. In between, I handle the build. Most clients find it takes a few focused sessions rather than ongoing daily input.

Both options work. I can write structural copy based on what you tell me about your services and clients, or I can work from your draft. What I won't do is publish filler copy that doesn't actually describe your business.

Yes. The build is set up so you can make routine edits without needing a developer. If the platform requires technical access for certain changes, that gets covered in the handoff.

Platform fit is determined during scoping. Most practical service-business stacks are workable. The goal is to match the platform to your needs and your ability to maintain it after launch, not to push a particular tool.

Yes. If you have existing infrastructure, we work within it or migrate cleanly as part of the build. Domain and hosting details are covered during scoping.

A practical on-page SEO structure and basic tracking checks are included during launch. Page titles, meta descriptions, and heading structure are set up correctly. Ongoing SEO, keyword strategy, and ranking campaigns are separate work.

Scope is defined and agreed on before work starts. If something material changes, we talk about it before proceeding, not after. Small adjustments happen without drama. Larger additions get scoped separately.

You get handoff notes covering what was built, how to make common edits, and a short list of recommended next steps. Nothing is handed off and left unexplained.

Post-launch fixes and ongoing site maintenance are handled through Website Fixes / Web Ops. The handoff notes will tell you what's likely to need attention first.

Sites that have booking flows, contact forms, or simple product listings are workable. Complex e-commerce builds with large catalogs, custom checkout logic, or integrations go beyond this service's scope and should be scoped separately.

My commitment to you

Scope comes first: you'll know what's being built before any work starts. If a landing page or targeted fixes are the better call, I'll tell you. No guaranteed rankings, just a clearer site and a clean handoff.
