I look for the gaps making the site less clear, credible, usable, findable, or measurable, then trace what actually needs to change.
Thin, generic, outdated, incomplete, or poorly supported content that makes the business harder to understand or trust.
Missing pages, awkward navigation, weak hierarchy, or a site that no longer reflects the business well.
Forms, booking, calls, buttons, thank-you behavior, and other steps between interest and contact.
Analytics and important conversion events that are absent, duplicated, or unreliable.
Performance and usability problems on important pages and devices.
Indexing and crawl issues, redirects, 404s, migration residue, and breakage after site changes.
If the platform, templates, navigation, or core structure need substantial replacement, Website Builds is usually the better path. If one new page is the whole job, use Landing Pages.
Project size
The project is based on what should actually change, not how many problems I can list. Price depends on how much of the site needs attention, what access is needed, and how much has to be checked afterward.

I’ll ask for the access the work actually needs: website admin access first, analytics or Tag Manager when measurement is involved, and hosting access when the changes require it.
