Who this is for

Good fit

  • Local service businesses with important pages missing from Google
  • Teams with no dev, or limited dev time
  • Works for compliance heavy orgs too, but written with local businesses in mind first

What I check and deliver

One diagnostic pass that separates crawl, index, render, and content-quality blockers, then turns them into fix notes.

Deliverables

Prioritized fix list
Clear fix notes your team can act on
Validation checklist to confirm fixes

Coverage

Indexing and crawl review (Search Console signals, sitemap, robots, canonicals, redirect chains)
Local visibility quick audit (GBP quick check, obvious NAP red flags)
Detect migration symptoms (but does not do migration work here)

First checks

  • Crawlability: robots.txt, noindex directives, status codes, and internal link paths
  • Indexing signals: canonicals, sitemap health, duplicate URL patterns, and Search Console coverage states
  • Render blockers: JS-dependent content and obvious resource-loading failures
  • Content-quality blockers: thin/duplicate pages that are unlikely to hold indexation

Two tiers

Early-stage pricing. Fixed scope, no long contracts.

Tier A

Review + fix notes

$650

Best for: pages missing from Google

  • Prioritized fix list, notes, and validation checklist
  • Loom walkthrough (optional)

Delivery: 3 business days after access and intake

Request Tier A
Tier B

Review + limited setup help

$1,150

Best for: you want limited setup help after the review

  • Everything in Tier A
  • Up to 2 hours of limited setup fixes

Includes GSC actions, sitemap submission, robots sanity, DNS/hosting settings, CMS toggles, and no-code redirects. No custom code.

Delivery: 5 business days

Request Tier B

Systems vary. You get prioritized fixes, not ranking or indexing promises.

Timeline

1

Day 1

Access check, run Crawl Compass, baseline Search Console review

2

Day 3

Prioritized fix list plus clear fix notes delivered (Tier A)

3

Day 5

Limited setup fixes complete (Tier B)

Access, scope, and boundaries

Access required

  • Site admin or CMS access
  • Google Search Console access (or I will guide setup)
  • Google Business Profile access (optional but recommended)
  • Hosting and DNS access (only for Tier B)

What this is not

  • Custom code implementation
  • Content writing
  • Link building and outreach
  • Guaranteed indexing or rankings

Included: review, prioritization, validation guidance, and limited setup fixes for Tier B capped at 2 hours. For migration preflight, ask during intake so scope stays clean. This improves fix order and implementation quality; it does not promise ranking or indexing outcomes on a fixed timeline.

Questions

If you implement the recommended fixes and the issue persists, I will review what changed and update the prioritized fix path at no extra cost within 14 days of delivery. I stand behind the diagnosis. If something was missed, I make it right.

No one can guarantee that. What I guarantee is a clear diagnosis, prioritized fixes, and a validation checklist so you know exactly what to verify. Most indexing issues I see resolve within 2 to 4 weeks once the fixes are implemented. You will know what to measure and when.

Most indexing issues resolve within 2 to 4 weeks after fixes go live. Local visibility improvements (GBP, citations) can take 4 to 8 weeks to reflect in rankings. I include timeline benchmarks in the prioritized fix list so you know what to watch and when.

Everything is async. You will get files via email with a Loom walkthrough if helpful. Questions while I am working are answered within one business day. No scheduled calls required, but I am available if you prefer a 15 minute handoff call.

Hand the fix notes to your developer or internal team. Each note is written so they can act quickly. If you do not have a dev, I also offer Website Fixes and I can scope Website Fixes support if implementation is blocked.

Book an indexing review

Share your site. I will review crawl, indexing, or visibility issues and send prioritized fix notes.
